I usually read reviews but failed this time! I expected large glass trees as indicated in the ad. After two months of waiting, I reached out to cancel my order. They expedited it, and a week later, I received small, cheap plastic trees. I inserted the required batteries and thought they looked decent, but one didn't light up. When I requested a replacement or partial refund, they demanded extensive proof of packaging, which I didn't have. Then, one of the working trees became hot and started smoking. I turned it off immediately and requested a full refund, but they insisted on video proof of the incident. I explained that I didn’t think to record it at that moment, and they denied my refund request. They claim I received what I ordered, but I never asked for cheap plastic trees that could pose a fire hazard. Terrible service! Avoid at all costs!
