Purchased a plan with them. On getting started I realised it was much less than promised. Can celled on the day of purchase which had a 7 day free introductory period. I received cancellation notice and confirmed that I would not be charged. I was charged. With a notice that the next payment would be taken a month later. I re cancelled and contacted them. No apologies - just agreement to refund as if it was normal practice. I asked them to escalate my complaint. They wouldn't. I asked them to provide with the details of the ombudsman that oversees them. They wouldn't. I am so displeased with them, I will look to use and promote any software other than them going forward. Corporate arrogance gone mad!!!
