Absolutely abysmal customer service and product. I've been trying for months to contact them and can't get past the "Chatbot"......The features I'm paying for in the android app aren't working and no one at Adobe seems remotely interested.Finally received an email offering resolution the other day. The agent needed certain information regarding android software version and description of problem etc....when I replied the mail bounced back as "Email address not in use"......honestly...these people couldn't run a bath.I've now had enough and have cancelled my subscription.....Adobe will fleece me no longer!
