I recently visited a bike shop for assistance with my ebike. The representative there shared that many customers have issues with a certain ebike company. He noted that I made a wise choice by not purchasing a charger that didn’t meet the specific voltage and amperage requirements for my bike. He helped me find the correct charger, which worked perfectly. In contrast to the poor service I received from the company, his assistance was invaluable. Once I got home and plugged in the new charger, the light turned on immediately, and after five hours, my bike was fully charged. I strongly advise caution regarding this ebike company. Their customer service is lacking, and the staff seem poorly trained. Their responses felt automated, and they never offered any refund, which is misleading. They also didn’t mention that I should buy a charger on my own and send them the receipt. Buyers should consider investing a bit more in a product made in America. This company is based in China, and it’s concerning that they run out of chargers during peak seasons. BEWARE!!!
