I absolutely love Actbest Bikes and products!!! I've received so' many compliments on my 2 Actbest 20" Fat Tire Adult Bikes that my family and friends have all ordered them from ACTBEST Too!.. The price for the bike was a definite bargain! At under $600.00 bucks you just can't go wrong!!! My 5 kids and grandchildren just love the bikes and I'll just have to order more this spring because my youngest grandchildren want to ride too! So if you need to ride around in the parks with your folding Actbest bike that conveniently folds to fit in the trunk of your car, ACTBEST IS THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR YOU!!!!!
I’ve been riding the Actbest Speedy bike for a bit now and overall I’m pretty happy with it for the price. It has good power, feels smooth when using pedal assist, and it’s comfortable enough for commuting or casual rides. Assembly was straightforward and the folding step-through design makes it convenient to store and transport. For a budget e-bike, it delivers solid performance and is fun to ride.
That said, it’s not perfect. Some parts feel a little budget and you can tell it’s not a premium bike, but that’s expected at this price point. It works well for everyday riding, just don’t expect high-end components or luxury build quality. If you want an affordable e-bike that gets the job done and don’t mind a few compromises, the Actbest Speedy is a good value overall
I’m giving Lina a 5 star rating because she has been so attentive with my return issue. I’m still waiting for my new white 3 wheel Trike to be shipped as promised. The experience with Lina’s kindness and support is encouraging and I hope to receive the Trike as soon as possible.
I bought the ranger and initially faced a slight issue with customer support. After discussing it with a supervisor, everything was resolved right away. I ride almost daily and receive numerous compliments on the ranger's size. It's impressive! Moreover, it has great speed, power, and handles various terrains exceptionally well. I would definitely recommend this ebike. I'm very happy with it! 👍👍
I recently visited a bike shop for assistance with my ebike. The representative there shared that many customers have issues with a certain ebike company. He noted that I made a wise choice by not purchasing a charger that didn’t meet the specific voltage and amperage requirements for my bike. He helped me find the correct charger, which worked perfectly. In contrast to the poor service I received from the company, his assistance was invaluable. Once I got home and plugged in the new charger, the light turned on immediately, and after five hours, my bike was fully charged. I strongly advise caution regarding this ebike company. Their customer service is lacking, and the staff seem poorly trained. Their responses felt automated, and they never offered any refund, which is misleading. They also didn’t mention that I should buy a charger on my own and send them the receipt. Buyers should consider investing a bit more in a product made in America. This company is based in China, and it’s concerning that they run out of chargers during peak seasons. BEWARE!!!

As a result, I decided to spend an additional amount on a new one. When I tried to order it online, I found that the specific charger for my bike was out of stock. This situation has led me to believe that the company is not reliable. I strongly advise against making a purchase from them. The products are sourced from overseas, and the customer support is very poor. BE CAUTIOUS!
