Wish I could give these guys negative stars. Dear Lord, I made such a huge mistake. I don't normally donate to politicians. But these are not normal times, so I donated through Act Blue to several candidates. And then the flood gates opened to release the hounds from hell. I was literally spam bombed; I mean several dozens per day. Asking more and more money, from every candidate running from dog catcher to Senator. From every justice from Maine to California. It took several minutes several times per day just to delete and block all the messages. Well, I learned my lesson. From now on, if I want to donate I will send a check directly to the campaign. Trust me, you do not want to get trapped in the Act Blue net. Unless you are lonely and just want anybody to text you.
