ActBlue, over the last five years, has held on to personal information which I explicitly said was not to be held and are still doing so, had associates who, three years ago, tried to blackmail me into leaving a tip equal to a $150.00 donation I made, and when I informed Act Blue of this event and presented proof, the organization couldn’t be bothered to respond to me until the following year with a non-answer and frank dismissal. In addition, has, several times, made my one time only donations reoccuring and over these last three to four months, continues to use a closed credit card when I keep entering the new credit card to the point that my bank of thirty-five years has lost patience with me!I always choose another venue to donate when one is offered and have gone so far as to research candidates’ local campaign headquarters and sent checks there with my donation because Act Blue is so poorly run, disaffected and couldn’t care less about the donors using its site.But with the Dem organizations that are fund raising to beat the Republicans mid-term and kick Trump out of office, I can only donate to their campaigns with Act Blue and it makes me sick!I am a very generous donor to a cause I am fervent about and find it loathesome that my money is filtered through such a failure of an agency and they make a 3% profit! Paying for incompetance!!! FIVE YEARS of UNAACCEPTABLE PERFORMANCE!Screw Act Blue!
