Order Not Received – No Communication, No SupportI placed an order for a pizza oven through Activate onDemand using a Blue Light Discount (Order #291603), spending over £300. Since then, I have received no communication whatsoever about the status of my order.I have contacted them multiple times via their official enquiries email and through their online contact form—which claims to respond within 48 to 72 hours—but I’ve had no response at all.There is no phone number to speak with anyone, and the complete lack of customer service is incredibly frustrating and concerning. At this point, I’m worried that I will not receive the product or a refund.I’m extremely disappointed and expect either a proper update or a full refund immediately. I will be escalating this further if I continue to be ignored.Avoid this company unless you want to risk losing your money.UPDATE - Following on from my review I have had a direct phone call apologizing and updating me on my order. Speaking with a person is the Best Customer Service, so fingers crossed the delivery arrives.
