Ordered a Ninja Airfryer via the Lloyds banking app link, and a week later am still waiting for my order to arrive. Have had to chase numerous times for tracking, only to be told my product appears to be lost in transit by Yodel. Takes a long time for them to respond to your emails instead of someone just handling it then and there. Am now being asked if they should rearrange for my product to be sent to me?? Which would be quite obvious as I’ve paid for it. Not sure what I am going to get in what state and when it will eventually arrive.
