A company based on delays and incorrect information constantly. Really difficult to get in touch with. I ordered a vacuum online using my credit card which gave a nice discount. Order was made Thursday and didn’t get dispatched till Tuesday evening. Yodel was the chosen carrier so I knew I probably wouldn’t be getting parcel. I asked for an update on Tuesday as I hadn’t received any communication other than to acknowledge my order. Customer service person had said order had been despatched and I would receive tracking information as soon as it became available. I never received this till the following day after the package was attempted to be delivered but I was not home. I was finally given the tracking. But then parcel was never seen again. Every communication results into a new ticket and at least 24 hours response time. Safe to say I will never order from here again. Update:- Justin has been fantastic in helping to get a resolution. Still waiting for Shark vacuum but I feel hopeful.
