I've ordered ring doorbell 30th September through blue light card. Waited for two weeks didn't receive any update. I've emailed the customer service and said my order is in back order and one of my items was not available. I've cancelled it and they said I will get my refund. I've emailed again and they said just waiting confirmation from the team that my order is cancelled. I'm still waiting for my refund the process is taking too long. Will not order again in this website feels like it's a scam. It never happen to me before. Everything is so slow.Update: They processed my refund after I post here. I've received it today. Thank you
