I purchased a doorbell, chime, and two cameras. Although the delivery was delayed, the customer service communication was excellent, which gave me confidence to purchase another doorbell and chime—I felt I was in good hands.The main issue I experienced, however, was with the UPS delivery. Since I work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., I am not at home to receive parcels. I requested through AOD customer service that the delivery be redirected to the nearest UPS Access Point, but the courier still attempted delivery to my home address.Overall, my concern lies with the communication between AOD and the delivery company, as this caused unnecessary inconvenience despite the otherwise positive service experience.
