I first ordered a ring doorbell system on 10th August, and had an email saying my order has been received and a follow up email would follow with order and tracking number. 12th august the money left my account. Mid August I had no doorbell and no further communication. I made numerous phone calls, left messages. Still no communication, so sent and email believing I had been scammed. I had an almost immediate reply, and numerous follow up emails, and my order arrived mid September. I can't fault customer service at all, once I had sent the email. They have been brilliant. 4 stars due to the hassle
