They were quick to respond explaining it had been released by them.Contacted them after another 4 weeks had passed - responded with in hours telling me what date they had paid money into bank. The service I received was excellent, emails replies on same day. The late payment of cash back was the fault of my bank and not active on demand - would highly recommend this firm if purchase - many thanks.
