I recently purchased Kuzo II F2-S Smart watch from Activate on Demand, and I am beyond disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.The product failed to meet the durability standards described, becoming unsuitable for my needs within opening the product. It feels very cheap and not worth 20 pounds. Despite their 14-day money-back guarantee, my return request was refused, even though I complied with all the conditions.The customer service is abysmal. The response time if they do decide to come back to you after a long period of time is shocking, none of whom provided any meaningful assistance. Their refusal to honor their own return policy is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers.I strongly advise against purchasing from Activate on Demand .Their products are beyond subpar, and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
