I bought a hairdryer for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas. When she went to use it, we realised how hard it was to remove the hairdryer nozzles. The hairdryer also didn’t have much power. After contacting the company, they said I can’t return the hairdryer as it’s not in pristine condition. All we’ve done is remove it from the box so it couldn’t be in more pristine condition! It’s just a cop out as they clearly have set their policy to take the consumers money and offer NO after service. Would never buy from them again. I bought via Vodafone rewards as well so I can’t believe that Vodafone support a company like this.•• UPDATE ** Justin from Activate On Demand called me. A completely different experience I received from him. Work absolutely needs to be done with their customer support team, which he recognises and will be looking to change. I’ve been given a full refund for my item as he agreed it sounds faulty. Not an outcome I expected from my initial conversations with the company but one that I’m very pleased with. Thanks Justin! Changed from a one star review to a 4, simply because of Justin’s support.
