Absolutely disgraceful experience. They charge you through auto-renewal, make it difficult to cancel the account, and then refuse to issue a refund even when the service has not been used for months.
This feels like a company that cares more about trapping customers in billing policies than providing real service. The cancellation process is unnecessarily difficult, the support is unhelpful, and the complete refusal to offer any reasonable solution is unacceptable.
