No support. No response to emails. This is just terrible. This seems like a cash grab where they overpromise and just sell. Stay away. We are stuck, you don't have to be. No cross object reporting, no duplicate emails on different accounts, no duplicate account names. All promised before we came aboard. Terrible company and terrible customer service. I mean ZERO responses to emails.

You asked me to leave an honest review - I appreciate that and I hope that you use the reviews for good. I have been with AC for a good while now and do not use many of the features. I have found it tricky to use and the help not very helpful. It is pricey for what I need and the next step of number of contacts means that I will need to leave. Sorry. There is so much competition out there now - AC needs to improve.

There are MUCH better /cost effective /customer focused solutions out there

Very sadly I have been let down over, and over and over again. Customer service is based around hiding from rather than servicing a customer. Every year the costs go up and the services supplied are removed and re-added as expensive add ons. I was a founding member - they had me over a barrel - but with AI I would recommend SalesProcess.com or ANY other service as they are focused on trying to please the customer. 2 years with AC spent trying to resolve billing matters and when resolved they change it again and again to a higher cost without notification. Even with a founding members 46% discount I am paying 2x more and receiving 75% less than with current competitors.

If meh was an email marketing tool

The automations are pretty great which is why I switched to them from Mailchimp. That said I find the UI buggy at times and I hate their newest push to add ai into every aspect. Feels pretty expensive for what it is and I think about switching platforms all the time.

I'm completely new with using any type…

I'm completely new with using any type of platform like this. I'm a new business owner and don't have a ton of time to figure things out. I really liked the option to work with someone when I first started and she was extremely helpful. Now that I've been using it on a regular basis it is easy to use and doesn't take up too much of my time.

Whew, renewal price increased 70% for same features!

I've been with them a few years now, probably 4 or 5 now. It is a heavy piece of software to learn, although somewhat more straightforward now than it was a couple years ago (sort of?)But the price increases are ridiculous. For the plan I'm on two years ago they charged me $2700. Last year, same features, same contacts, it went to $3600. Now this year they're saying that for the same features, same contact limit again, it's going to be $4700. Really?! That's like 70% price increase in two years!!!But after speaking to support, I guess they're just trying to bring their platform up to more expensive prices in line with competition. So for past customers, too bad for us.At this point, I'm actively seeking a new platform to migrate to.It's a real hassle, with so many automations set up, etc, but I now can't trust them... They've put some existing features behind paywalls, they've decreased the number of users I can assign, and jacked the price up too quickly. So will next year be $6000?I feel like I need to move away from them because they're too unpredictable now.

I really do love this platform, but . . .

I really do love this platform, BUT it keeps getting More and More expensive every year. I've considered to switch to something cheaper, but I've built out SO MUCH on this platform (from customer data, automations, email sequences, deal pipelines), that's any savings I would gain by switching is not enough cause for me to switch given the workload to recreate everything I have going on in ActiveCampaign.
