Booked a valentines weekend through booking.com at the Limehouse library hotel double room. We had confirmation proof of this. When arriving we are taken to our which was a twin room. Once speaking to the hotel, they received our booking via other third party company showing twin room. This is not what our confirmation has said on booking.com. Once we explained this and also sent proof of this to booking.com, they did nothing! The hotel did not even offer to change the room or move the beds. They were very unhelpful- so shocking the Booking.com would use such a hotel under thier name. No compensation no remorse no help! On valentines evening me and my husband are stranded in the middle of London Booking.com do nothing! No refund no compensation no help! Booking.com have a lot to answer for! Disgusting customer service.
