As a consumer and major supporter of Black owned businesses (I am a Black business owner), I'm majorly disappointed in their customer service.I bought a purse, and in less than a year it started coming apart. This is not a purse I even carry daily, as I'm a huge fan of purses so I switch them out often. I contacted the company. I never heard back so I reached out again. Finally, I received a brief, rude, short, unapologetic email, that basically said"Too bad, so sad."As a Black owned business, and one that works in the publishing industry, I was appalled, disappointed, and a little bit taken aback. Though I like the look of their products, I will never shop there again. Nor will I recommend them to my clients.
