While the support team has been helpful, please note that we ordered two pairs of trousers labeled as 'waterproof insulated' for an upcoming trip to Iceland. They arrived, and while they might be waterproof, they are certainly not insulated. They lack thermal lining and are very thin. I am disappointed and requested a return. The company offered a 20% discount to keep them, which I negotiated to 50%. In my opinion, the trousers do not meet the description, but they will serve as lightweight spring walking trousers. Just be cautious if you're buying for warmth.
