Review Time
Update to my previous review about a Christmas order that took over a month to arrive. I wanted to return the item and was sent an email which basically says it will cost you so much to return it that you should just accept a few pounds off the order and keep it. I still wanted to return so followed the procedure - request to return which involved endless lengthy emails, post to the Netherlands at my expense, send proof of postage. The item appeared back through my letter box this morning a month after posting - Active Peaks refused to take delivery of my return. As other reviewers have said - customer service is only paid lip service to for Trustpilot. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I got my husband a rucksack for Christmas. It’s waterproof, lightweight, and perfect for hiking. He was really pleased with it! Freya from customer service answered all of my questions. Highly recommend
I initially ordered a jacket and when it arrived it was much too small. I then sent an enquiry e-mail asking how to get a replacement jacket. Freya answered me almost immediately and made the whole replacement process extremely easy and I am now awaiting on my replacement jacket. Thanks again for your help Freya.
Fantastic item with outstanding support. The heated jacket is wonderful, and my husband uses it daily in the current weather. It warms up quickly and lasts for 8 hours. When we needed a larger size, the team sent it promptly without any issues, resolving the matter in just a few days. Thank you for your excellent service.
I purchased a piece of clothing thinking the company was located in Europe as mentioned on their website. However, they are actually based in China, resulting in lengthy delivery times. When the item finally arrived, the quality was subpar and the sizing was very small. I had to spend £23 to return it to China and I'm still waiting for my refund, which has been over a month. I strongly advise against using this service!
I placed an order for a holiday gift on December 16 and am still waiting for it to arrive. After reaching out to the support team twice, I feel no closer to getting my order. I've asked for a refund, but it looks like it will be a struggle to obtain one. I recommend steering clear of this service!
The jacket I received is nice, and the reflective material works well for nighttime walks. However, I have a couple of concerns: it runs very small; I ordered a Large, but it fits more like a ladies' Small. Additionally, the chest pocket is merely decorative and not functional, which is disappointing.
This company is a scam. I ordered a backpack, but it never arrived because they use a low-quality delivery service. They conceal the fact that returning items must be sent to their office in Asia, resulting in hefty shipping fees. Once you make a purchase, they make returns extremely difficult to extract more money from you. I will be reporting them to the authorities. They are a foreign company pretending to be local with their domain. Stay away from these scammers.
