I ordered a product on November 16th, and I was told it would arrive in about four days. I started tracking it, as I needed it before my hike on November 28th. The goods seemed to reach the courier on time, but there was no progress after November 22nd. The courier showed it as out for delivery for six days. While I received polite replies to my inquiries, there was no action taken. I tried to cancel my order, but the company said it was impossible. I ended up purchasing other items for my hike and am now pursuing action against the company. Very disappointing experience.
