My partner bought a pair of active peaks shoes and they came as 2 different sizes even though on the bottom of the shoe it said 42 on each. He asked for a refund and returns label and they said he can have 20% refund and keep them ( bearing in mind he doesnt have different size feet) or pay to be returned to China. Which cost over half of what they are worth . This is disgraceful. You should refund in full and send a label out to be shipped back to you .
