Bought fleece lined Jogging Trousers XL. The delivery was delayed and on arrival we realised it was too small. We had followed and checked the sizing guide but it was far too small. I tried to return it for a refund and it was then I realised this was not going to be easy. I was aware that the T&C meant you had to pay for the return P&P but considering it was a co.uk company with a Netherlands address I did not think this would be onerous. Firstly customer services offered me a deal whereby I could pay more money to receive a replacement, secondly then that I could keep the order , have a free replacement but no refund and finally keep the item and receive a 20% refund, Otherwise I would have to return to an address in Dongguan City China - there was no mention when ordering was it anywhere stated that returns would need to be made to CHINA - a lesson to read reviews in future learnt! So no jogging trousers and no refund
