I placed an order as a gift for my sons birthday on 11th October, nothing arrived therefore I contacted them on 24th October. I was assured the item was in transit even though my sons birthday had passed. No apology. I contacted them again as no sign of the item. I was again assured this was in transit. The order arrived today, 28th October. On day of delivery, today, I could see Royal Mail tracking. The item had not been dispatched until 24th October. Therefore the company had not been truthful from onset with the promise of 6-10days delivery.
