I ORDERD 2 pairs of size large waterproof hiking trousers for my uncle as a gift for them not to fit so I sent the company a email and got a reply from someone called Freya Lancaster saying if I paid a further £9.95 to get another 2 pairs but in size XL and after waiting another month for these to land not to fit either so I msged Freya Lancaster to tell her and all she could say is and quote " we can give you a partial 20% refund after spending £99.77 I am absolutely fuming, so advice to people DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY......... there a joke.... oh or I can send them back to them and the website says a Amsterdam address and then Freya Lancaster put the address in her email for it to be in China so sending that back will cost a further £52.00 grrrrrrr
