I purchased a piece of clothing thinking the company was located in Europe as mentioned on their website. However, they are actually based in China, resulting in lengthy delivery times. When the item finally arrived, the quality was subpar and the sizing was very small. I had to spend £23 to return it to China and I'm still waiting for my refund, which has been over a month. I strongly advise against using this service!
