I initially ordered a jacket and when it arrived it was much too small. I then sent an enquiry e-mail asking how to get a replacement jacket. Freya answered me almost immediately and made the whole replacement process extremely easy and I am now awaiting on my replacement jacket. Thanks again for your help Freya.
