I placed an order for a product in July 2023 and paid via a payment service. The item was never delivered. After being informed it was out of stock with an 8–12 week lead time, I canceled the order immediately. Despite this, I never received a refund. I followed up several times via email, including in July 2024 and August 2025, but received no reply. To this day, I have neither the item nor a refund. I strongly recommend against ordering from this service, as they seem to disregard customer service and refund responsibilities.
