I placed an order 29.10.24 and realised I had put the wrong address as I was on vacation next day. I wrote to customer service the same minute, to put an alternate address, and they assured me it was sorted.The courier confirmed the wrong address, poor service from Activewear.I immediately wrote once again to customer services and complained about the issue and demand that I speak with a manager about the problem.I was then greeted with the same, inane, useless customer service representative who assured me that I had her apologies, and it is probably the courier’s fault.All I can say is if the item is not fit for purpose, I’ll be writing another review and I won’t be as polite as this one.
