Review Time
At first had shirts , then didn't, then got them. After a week of that they claim to have sent them Feb. 2nd. Feb. 14th still no shirts crappy no info tracking !! Last known says given to final delivery agent days ago !!!

I waited nearly 6 weeks for my delivery, they finally said they would issue a refund but delayed it another 3 weeks, and then sent the item anyway and said they couldn't issue refund as the item has been sent,
Absolutely the worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received my order or a refund. They list items on their website that they don’t even have in stock. After a month, their support representative casually emails me that she was on annual leave. I really wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order.

I placed an order on 2nd January and have yet to receive any goods. I’ve written to them multiple times for updates on my order but received no replies. I should have looked at these reviews first. After checking, it seems this company had liquidators called in recently. I sent a message today and received a reply apologizing for the delay, saying my order would be dispatched soon. I’m still waiting for the products. Although I eventually received my order, it wasn’t well packaged. I wouldn’t shop here again, as it was not a great experience.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased two items. One was returned due to the wrong size, and they are refusing to refund me. The second item never arrived, and they are also refusing a refund for that. They’re nearly impossible to contact and are rude when they do respond. I’m now having to initiate a fraud claim through my bank!
This is by far the most unreliable company I have ever ordered from. A total disaster. I ordered two pairs of trousers for work, but the order didn’t update for over a week, and they obviously didn’t have the items in stock. They ignored my emails for another week until I contacted the payment provider for help. They gave me pathetic excuses and eventually shipped one of the two pairs, then lied to the payment provider that the order was fulfilled. I’m now out 20 pounds for trousers that the seller can’t be bothered to supply as ordered. They are ignoring all further messages and have even deleted my order from my account history. Save yourself the trouble and avoid these charlatans.
