The support website is frustrating. I've been attempting to unlink a child account because of an expired parental consent. Now, I can only access a useless support ticket that keeps getting closed. It feels like a bot is responding and automatically shutting it down. I even tried reaching out through social media. I'm running out of options, as there's no phone or chat support to explain my situation.
If you look up the phrase 'Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory', you'd likely find this game featured prominently. I've enjoyed every installment of this series, even the less popular ones, but this one is a complete disappointment. While the gameplay is solid, the frustrating design choices only amplify the negative experience. In the SINGLE PLAYER CAMPAIGN, you must remain online at all times, which means you cannot pause the game! If you try to take a break in a safe spot, you get booted for inactivity. There are no difficulty settings available and, most shockingly, NO saveable checkpoints! So, if you reach 90% of a level, which can take 45 minutes to an hour, and need to step away for any reason, you’ll have to replay that entire segment upon returning. This is something you might expect in online multiplayer, but not in campaign mode. I was really excited about this release, but ended up selling it after repeatedly facing the same mission due to these design flaws. It wasn’t about dying; it was simply the lack of checkpoints and pause options. These choices suggest that the designers don’t care about delivering a quality experience for those who prefer Campaign mode. Truly disappointing.
once again, we have another update/patch leading to a broken game. how can there be so many issues with each warzone patch? we prioritize a FUNCTIONING GAME over graphics. on top of that, the game is still plagued with cheaters, or perhaps the in-game bots have adapted to them. why doesn’t the other franchise face similar problems?
I cannot emphasize enough how terrible this game is. It's time to switch to a different franchise. I wouldn't recommend buying it unless they revert to the classic gameplay with more traditional elements. The futuristic aspects just don't resonate, and they haven't succeeded with their recent attempts. It's essentially the same experience as before.

I wouldn't even rate this with one star. I've experienced every version in the series, but the seventh is a major disappointment. Plus, attempting to play the battle mode in the sixth results in errors just from inserting the discs. It feels like they're pressuring players to buy the new title, which is very frustrating.

The platform is incredibly disappointing. It allows casual players to have their own model, yet fails to let them rank separately from the regular players. Then they remove ranked play, causing players from ranked games to disrupt casual matches, ruining the experience for everyone. It's time for the company to get their act together!
