I would rate them even lower if possible. I spent over $400 on cabinet pulls, and they have caused yellow stains on my white cabinets! I attempted to reach out to the service via email but received no reply! I've only had these handles for two years! They shouldn't damage your cabinets!

I discovered this company online and was very impressed with their light designs. I purchased 5 different lights for our new addition, and they look stunning. The lights were shipped and arrived in plenty of time for installation, well-packed with no damage. Their customer service is excellent and prompt. I'm really glad I found them.
I ordered a pendant lamp on October 1. I just received a tracking number, and now it's nearly November 1. If you check online, you'll find no positive reviews. I'm starting to doubt the authenticity of the positive feedback here. I emailed for assistance but received no response. I have a tracking number, but the item hasn't even shipped. Very disappointing experience, and I regret ordering since I didn't know it was coming from overseas.
