I've been trying to reach this service for over two months, receiving replies from different representatives, none of whom were helpful. The voucher showed over 25 options, but only 9 were available when I tried to book. They sent a long list of activities with no relevant information. After much back and forth, we decided to discard the voucher due to the stress of dealing with the unhelpful staff. It was a waste of a wedding gift, and I cannot recommend this service.
