Spent 2.5 hours trying to get basic calendar synching and sms reminders to work right. Reason, Acuity was built in 2011 and is basically held together with duct tape. Squarespace bought Acuity in 2019 and slapped their branding on it,but never rebuilt the core system.What I'm using today is a 14-year-old interface with patches everywhere. I've experienced :dropdowns that freezecalendars that refuse to loadreminders showing “0 assigned” when they ARE assignedpop-up loopssync delaysscreens not updating properly…aren’t “bugs” so much as ancient plumbing inside the software. I've spent HOURS trying to get it to work....and the company couldn't care less. Find an alternative...you see they don't even bother to respond to negative reviews THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS because the 'big money' public company just wants the subscription revenue and THEY DON'T THINK WE WILL LEAVE...GUESS AGAIN!!!
