Acuity has been inconsitantly taking online payments since my business first launched 2 months ago. I have now been in a situation where customers have been unable to place an online booking for two days with little or no support from acuity. There are consistant payment glitches which is damaging my start up business and I am loosing a huge amount of custom. I have been attempting to get these issues resolved with acuity customer services since yesterday. I dont actually think that they have looked into my issue and I question whether the responses I am getting are from a chatbot. It takes hours for a reply and the responses are generic with no resolution even close. I note that multiple other users have been experiencing the same issue as me therefore there is clearly a severe issue with their system and yet they have not addressed it. They are simply leaving their users high and dry and do not care at all if things get fixed or not. I am already seeking alternative booking and payments systems after only 8 weeks of using this. I advise anyone to steer clear of acuity and squarespace at all costs. If you take online payments or bookings, seek alternative providers if you actually want customers to pay a deposit or buy products! This company will ensure your business fails before its even started.
