The mortgage advisor we were working with was knowledgable and managed to get our mortgage offer approved. However, the communication was very poor. As first time buyers, it was a very challenging time. When we had questions or concerns, I feel they weren’t answered and almost felt ignored. Although we addressed this issue, it was brushed under the carpet. I wouldn’t recommend any first time buyer to use Acumen.
We were recommended these mortgage brokers through our new build developers. We dealt with Marcus and he was great from the start, he was fast to get in touch with us and get things done. He explained everything thoroughly and made it stress free ! I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
