My experience was not great. I ordered a dining table and a set of six chairs. The first problem was that the chairs arrived unexpectedly, and fortunately, we had someone at home to accept the delivery. It turned out that the chairs were supplied by a different company. I received an apology from the customer service team for the lack of communication, which seemed acceptable at that time. The second issue was that I was surprised to find the table required assembly. I may have overlooked that detail on the website, but fortunately, I had the tools and capability to manage it. The third problem arose when I discovered that the table's surface had been damaged during transit, with a small chip present. After following up, the solution offered was a hard wax kit to repair it, which I doubt will be effective. The fourth issue was that the steel legs had a considerable amount of residual debris from the cleaning process. I began to lose faith at this point and spent time clearing it out. The fifth issue was realizing that parts for the table extensions were missing. Customer service apologized again for not informing me that these would arrive later. The sixth issue arose when the missing parts finally arrived; they were also poorly packed, resulting in scratches and flaking paint. The response from the company was to direct me to a paint available online, suggesting that once I purchased it and applied it, it wouldn’t be noticeable. At this stage, I was completely frustrated with the service.
