I contacted customer service to confirm if a specific bench was in stock. I was told I would receive a callback, but that never happened. The website indicated availability, so I placed an order for ten benches as advertised. I received no email with photos and had to repeatedly follow up for a response. Eventually, I received one photo of three benches from an angle that made it hard to evaluate. When I inquired about the limited options, I was informed only three were available and they wouldn’t be restocking. The other photos revealed poor quality, likely explaining why they were still in stock. I requested a refund. They were quick to take my money, despite not having the advertised options, so I’m left wondering how long it will take to receive my refund and how often I’ll need to follow up.
