Worst experience from Acura Customer Care regarding the vehicle warranty

I have reported rust on the rear hinge anchoring the front passenger seat. when I went to my car dealer he has reviewed it and accepted that this should not happen. and he has inspected a few other 2020 RDX cars and observed the same.when he reported to Acura warranty team for the replacement they have simply denied the request for the replacement. I called the Acura warranty team about 40 days ago and raised the request and I don't see any response from them yet.every time I tried to call them to their customer care it ask me all the questions send the call to voice mail which they never return back.
