Abysmal customer service. Don't bother gift wrapping your item. They'll put it in this hideous green box that says "tea for you" on the outside of it, defeating the whole purpose of gift wrapping. When I complained about this and asked for a refund on the wrapping, they defended the wrapping paper as "handsome" and refused to help.
