I love their teas and the selection but the customer service is terrible! I contacted them when an order had been marked as delivered but I didn't receive it. They told me to wait and then they contacted USPS to start an investigation. 3 weeks later I was told that USPS says they delivered the package and if I didn't have it then I could contact the police department for a stolen package. They refused to refund me or send a replacement order and made me feel like I was the one at fault. The order total with shipping and tax was $30.75! Buyer beware!
