I have enjoyed Adagio teas for a few years with no problems. Until this last order. It has been 5 weeks since I ordered and no sign of my rea. I called customer service who told me 2 weeks ago that they would ask for a report from shipper. I contacted a week later and was told they would contact me when they have news. I have asked for a refund and no answer back. I have sent off another email today. Wonder what will happen?
