When contacted about delays and order issues they are not helpful, passing the issue on to others and emphasizing they are a small team. When contacting the owner for support on order issues, he sent over google reviews dismissing my order issues and customer experience. They also price gouged products without communicating to customer, and don't mind bad reviews or customers who have horrible experiences, because the owner will send over past good reviews to gaslight current issues
