Worst customer service ever!I bought a teapot and after 6 weeks when it was filled with boiling water, the handle broke off when I picked it up and the hot water gushed everywhere. I sent a photo and let them know the same day and they did NOTHING. They did not care their product was poor quality, that I could have been scalded, or most importantly about making a returning customer happy. Unbelievable. I have a choice where I shop and do not recommend you give them your business!
