First issue - no way to order without creating account - no way to checkout as guest. I HATE sites that force you to create an account. Second issue - ordering gift for friend who buys from Adagio. Had a few questions (for example, could not find any teas that seemed to be pre-bagged yet site indicates they sell some). NO phone # to call, NO email for contact, NO way to ask a question of anyone but a bot that was of no help at all. Wanted to post public facing review on google/yelp - nope, can't do that either. Had I been buying for myself or someone who did not already say he purchased from them, I would have been off of this site immediately.
