We purchased a gift certificate from the TTP site on a Saturday. The transaction wouldn't load onto the gift card so we asked for a credit on the card we paid it on. This couldn't be done as it wouldn't match up in their system so the staff member rang the IT people only to get a response of "it's the weekend we don't work on weekends wait until Monday" . Come on guys we aren't in the 80s this a standard working day for many on a Saturday so lift your game. I felt sorry for the staff member as she was frustrated and said they would fix it up Monday much to our disappointment.Monday came and we did get a call but I must say the Customer service provided by this staff member was very average given the Saturday issue. A new card was provided but we had to pick it up ourselves. This store is not our usual shopping location so we were a long way out from it. I was told they could mail it out but it would take at least two weeks to get to us even though we live in a metro area.Meantime I drove all the way there as this was a gift just to be handed the card and a goodbye without any compensation for the issue caused by them or a reason.Very average Adairs
