My wife recently purchased products online from Adairs (2 weeks ago). To date she has not received any notifications as to her purchases and when delivery might be expected. She even went to one of the stores and the Adairs employee indicated that this sort of thing is happening often. The shop assistant tried to assist but even she couldn’t identify what is happening.Trying to get help online is also incredibly frustrating..I would avoid Adairs in future, just not worth the hassle!
