Review Time
I personally love getting in touch with Adalo (particularly, Shipra) because the turnaround time is fast and I get my answers right away. They really help me with every little detail and how to optimize the performance of my app. Highly recommend Adalo!

Thank you to Shipra Thakur who was very helpful. When I emailed them about an issue I was having with my DNS set up and connecting it to my website domain. I had to be patient because I messaged on a weekend but they were on top of it by Monday. I am developing an MVP for my business.so we shall see how things go moving forward. So far I like the app.
I started using Adalo with high hopes for building my Tarot & Oracle reading app. On paper, the platform seemed perfect: drag-and-drop interface, Stripe integration, and the ability to create collections and randomize content. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.Throughout the process, I experienced frequent technical glitches — screens freezing, the canvas refusing to scroll horizontally, random disappearance of elements, and an overall sluggish editor. These issues repeatedly interrupted my workflow and made the creative process frustrating instead of enjoyable.Even after subscribing to a paid plan, the stability did not improve. While Adalo offers a lot of potential, it feels unstable and unreliable for projects that require consistent work over time.I put a lot of hours and effort into this project, but eventually had to stop because the platform was simply not usable for me. I would recommend Adalo only if you are ready to deal with constant bugs and interruptions — otherwise, consider more stable no-code alternatives.
If in the likely event you think you will need to delete your account at some point then sign up, they have made it very difficult for you to delete your account. You first need to delete the apps, once you delete it (I had a playground app), you need to report a bug (and there is no delete account option in any of the settings). The “bug report” doesn’t have a delete account option, it needs URL, screenshot, and other irrelevant information which is all mandatory. After this, I was send an email to my registered email stating they need to follow the same steps “for security reasons, to verify the account holder”.I also can’t go back to see anything to do with the account. I need to create an app first before I can access it but I can’t delete my account if I have any apps on the system. I didn’t want to risk the cost getting out of hand because it can be easy to complete reach the actions limit. This was honestly the worst experience ever has trying to delete an account. I’d rather go with a low code platform that has more benefits. There are worse things than having to deal with a learning curve.

Adalo supports the entire journey from learning to launching. Beginners can start small, experimenting with layouts and logic, while gaining practical understanding of how apps function. As confidence grows, those early experiments evolve into complete products. The same tools support both learning and production. This continuity turns curiosity into capability and ideas into live apps.See more
